Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions:

COVID-19

 In the event that you may be sick or  are exposed to someone who is sick, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment and stay home. During this unprecedented time, all deposits will be transferred to the next appointment.  Last minute cancellations are encouraged to call 07561 432 639 and leave a voice message.

Appointment

Blush is open by appointment only. Due to the nature of our detailed and precise services, we kindly request that you respect our no guest policy. Only those with appointments are allowed in the studio.

Lateness

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may mean I need to reduce treatment time or cancel the treatment, with deposit price being incurred.

Environment

 As the Salon area is the place of relaxation I kindly ask you to refrain from using your mobile phone and to keep on silent during your time with us and you respect the calm environment.

Reservation

I would like to give all my clients full attention and the best quality service. Please book your appointment in advance so that I may secure preferred time for your treatment.

Online Booking

The web booking system allows convenient online scheduling. However, for treatments such as permanent make-up, eyelash lift or eyebrow henna the patch test is advised. Therefore if you book your appointment online please ensure to book a consultation at least 24 hours before the treatment appointment for permanent makeup. Please contact me for eyelash lift or eyebrow henna patch test.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment price to secure an appointment of the treatment price is required at the time your appointment is scheduled. Deposit is then deducted from the full price of the treatment on the day of the procedure.

The deposit may be transferred to another available date when you give at least 48hrs notice before the scheduled appointment. The deposit is accounted towards your treatment price.

Health and Safety

Your health is important to me, therefore I ask you to fill out a medical questionnaire at your first visit to ensure treatments are delivered safely. Please inform me if there are changes in your health conditions. I keep all your data safe and strictly confidential.

Rescheduling

I understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment booked so on reasonable notice; not less than 2 days from the date of your treatment. I may refuse more than two re-booking requests from you without refunding you your deposit.

Cancellation

You accept that any late booking cancellations (less than 48 hours) for your treatment create a financial loss for me, so accordingly you lose your deposit

Photo Documentation

Pictures and sometimes videos are taken before and after the procedure for reference purposes and my own records. They may be used for advertising and marketing purposes on social media sites and on my webpages but also for future teaching materials and other lawful purposes.

Payments

Salon Blush requires cash or debit/credit card as payment.

Salon Blush will protect your privacy rights as a consumer and keep all information strictly confidential.

Prices, unless appointment is booked ahead of time, are subject to change without prior notice.

Any touch-ups can be completed after at least 4 weeks after the initial procedure.

Allergy sensitivity patch test is optional however recommended to be done at least 1 day before the procedure.

Gift Certificates

At Blush we are providing a convenient way to purchase gift vouchers.

Our digital gift cards can be created for any value when purchased in the salon and from £20 when ordered online.

They have no expiry date.

Recipient can print or show voucher or confirmation payment email to redeem. It saves the cost of postage & packing and is environmentally friendly. Gift cards are available to purchase 24/7 even when we are closed. We offer safe & secure payment system.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Card value is redeemable, in part or full, against services.

Refund Policy

Treatments and products are non-refundable and may not be exchanged.
